Fun City Trampoline Park has signed a lease for a new location in the Ganttown Plaza on the Black Horse Pike in Washington Township’s Turnersville section.
The new family fun place will be located next to Harbor Freight, taking over the former Bottom Dollar Food location all the way next to the NJ DMV office.
We are not aware of when the new Fun City will open.
Fun City appears to be based out of the New England area, and in looking at other locations they can include parkour, zip lines, foam pit, arcade, ninja course, trampolines (of course) and more! We do not have specifics of what is planned for Turnersville.
The Ganttown Plaza is on the north-bound side of the Black Horse Pike, on the opposite side of the start of Ganttown Road.
The entrance to the center is at the Ganttown Road traffic light intersection, and provides easy access to the shopping center from all directions.
This information regarding Fun City Turnersville was originally mentioned by Washington Township’s Business Buzz FB page, and confirmed via Metro Commercial’s real estate listing for the plaza.
This is a significant signing to the Black Horse Pike Commercial area and this shopping center specifically.
There have been many awesome additions to the Washington Township section, but Fun City will help revitalize one of the key remaining gaps.
Black Horse Pike businesses which have opened in the last few years include: at home, Luna Rossa expansion/remodel, Fat Jack’s BBQ, Scrub Pro Uniforms, Creative Furniture, Panda Express and Jersey Mike’s, Witcher’s Kitchen, Salon Scola, and coming soon is Platinum Signature Suites and a new relocated Burlington Store. This isn’t everything.. but a very good sampling.
Fun City Trampoline Park
Fun City has leased a total of 39,500 square feet of space, which is almost double the size of of Harbor Freight’s store.
The extended Fun City property runs along a large portion of the middle of the plaza, and is “L” shaped.
The Fun City location’s property right side will be where Bottom Dollar Food was located, and is deeper (like Harbor Freight). Fun City will then run a significant distance left taking over several front-facing smaller units… all the way to the DMV office. We expect all the individual units to be combined.
As mentioned, Fun City Trampoline Park appears to be based out of New England, with locations in Salem and Goffstown New Hampshire, New Britain Connecticut, Seekonk Massachusetts… and based on a report from What’s Now Philly they have one planned in York PA.
There could be more. Fun City has chosen to not have one website for all locations (with subpages for each store) but instead has individual websites per town. So its not as easy to identify all locations.
The existing stores that we located range from 36,000 sq ft up to 60,000!
While there seems to be a consistent set of features (and of course trampolines), we see a lot of variety in what is offered at each location.
Their very large Goffstown location for example offers Laser Tag, which we dont see listed on the other location websites.
