Antiques on Evergreen Moving into Martin’s/Sickel Plaza on Evergreen Ave Woodbury! Targeting May 1st!

Antiques On Evergreen is setting up shop on Evergreen Ave, in the large 20,000 sq ft location which most recently housed the Golden Mango Farm Market.  The team is working on getting the facility ready for a May 1st opening!

Striped Lion Distilling is Open in Woodbury! Limited Hours, Check Post. Photo Tour!

The long awaited Striped Lion Distillery has opened in a Woodbury!  This is a rum centric distillery, and they’ve set up shop in a great location on Broad Street just a block away from the Colonial Diner and Eight & Sand Brewing.  We met up with owners Erin and Kevin and we offer readers a photo tour!  Hours are limited as they ramp up… ONLINE reservation system NOW ACTIVE! 100% Black Owned, 55% Woman Owned

Chase Bank Proposed for Route 45 in Woodbury, Next to the Closed Arby’s and Across From Barlow Buick

Chase Bank is continuing their South Jersey expansion with a proposed new bank branch on Route 45 in Woodbury. The location is currently an older strip mall of stores which would be demolished for the new construction.   This is between the closed Arby’s and the Railroad tracks (McDonald’s is on the other side of the tracks). and across the street from the Barlow Buick GMC.

Good Grief Charlie Brown’s! Have You Closed Woodbury and Mt Holly? And Maybe More?

We saw the post in a town Facebook group “We lost Charlie Brown’s restaurant in Woodbury due to Covid.  They couldn’t survive the shutdown”.  But I am not posting based on a Facebook post… so I spent a few hours this morning on my vacation trying to track down what is going on.
