The Deptford Movies team was back at the Deptford Planning board this week. Read on for an understanding of their plans, as well as an update on Wawa/Inspira and how they control a key part of all three projects starting.

Carollo’s Family Restaurants are continuing their expansion by building a new 65 seat restaurant on Cross Keys Rd at New Freedom Road, in the former Wawa building (Winslow)
A Dollar General store is being developed in a brand new building, to be located behind the new “Clancy’s” Super Wawa on Woodbury Glassboro Road. The location for the new Dollar General is actually off of Lambs Rd and was previously a bank, which was demolished. It seems this will be developed on a new access road behind Wawa which will lead to a new retail development on the other side of Wawa.
We’ve shared a lot of information on the long planned projects for Clements Bridge Road in Deptford, and now we have a preliminary site plan for the Inspira Medical Office. It also includes the new Wawa and a hoped for new road which will go through to Cooper St.
A Super Wawa is being planned for 5-Points in Washington Township, based on a real estate listing posted by CBRE. Read on for information regarding which businesses are impacted!
