In tonight’s Gloucester Township Planning Board, the Commerce Plaza II shopping center owners appeared asking to split the tax lots for the property, making the larger multi-unit building in the back (with parking lot) its own tax lot. The reason for this is Giant Fitness is interested in developing a new gym in that larger building, and it is their preference to own the property! But what about LIDL?!

Red Mexican Grill is coming to Gloucester Township on Lower Landing Road, in the building which was previously Amanda’s Bar None. The new owners are preparing the building to meet their restaurant needs and are hoping for a late summer opening. At this time they will be opening as a BYOB restaurant, but hope to down the road offer a full bar. Like their Facebook, page to keep up with latest news on this just announced eatery!!
Burgerzoid is a new fresh burger focused restaurant which opened recently in the Shoppes at Cross Key’s shopping center in Sicklerville. Burgerzoid offers delicious fresh burgers, shakes, and even several chicken offerings! They are located in the strip of stores directly across from Hobby Lobby. Burgerzoid’s temporary hours for pick-up or delivery are every day but Sunday! Check their website or Facebook for full hours.
The remodeling project has been taking place for months at the former Friendship Community Church on Cross Keys Road, to turn it into a Renal Dialysis Clinic. The former church property is located right in the heart of the Gloucester Township Cross Keys commercial area, located between Bertucci’s (Shoppes at Cross Keys) and a TD Bank.
