Last Saturday 'Bout the Hops Brewery opened in Mt Laurel New Jersey and on Sunday night 42Freeway stopped in to visit and chat with the two owners. Like many new breweries it's been a long ride to get the beer pouring, and they have some distinctive stories with their brewery... name, location, and how this came to be.
Williamstown is incredibly excited about Grindstone Restaurant opening on Main Street (this past weekend). This BYOB features artisan wood fired pizza and tapas-style appetizers. No individual food items here... it's all about sharing! They are located across from 13th Child Brewery and a block from The Grand Theater. With these three businesses pulling in the people, Main Street is finally living up to it's name! Owned by a Williamstown family... be sure to support local businesses. Core3Brewery is a new brewery setting up shop on Delsea Drive in Clayton, just past the Glassboro border. They've built out a beautiful nano-brewery in a great location, and today they announced on their Facebook page that after a long wait they are finally able to start brewing beer and will soon be revealing Opening details!

Neck of the Woods Brewing Company in Pitman NJ is targeting a late April, early May opening! The unique location is within the massive Total Turf indoor athletic facility on Lambs Rd, which attracts 80,000 people a month. NOW Brewing are a great group of local guys, with a unique twist on the brewing process... the beer served from the tasting room taps comes directly from the brewing tanks!
