The building signage went up this week for Jaileene’s Bar and Grill in Gloucester Township NJ. The location is on Lower Landing Road, and takes over the location of the well liked but short-lived Amanda’s Bar None. We reached out to Management and have a preview of their theme!

Route 42 in the Gloucester Township area is also seeing construction, as the state ramps up a project to replace two sets of bridges which run over Lower Landing Road and the Big Timber Creek. Coming behind this is another Gloucester Township bridge… and even more (which we will post about shortly)
A new Republic Bank branch opens on Blackwood-Clementon Road on July 28th. The location is at the site of a former Shell gas station, at a traffic light which also has the recently (surprisingly) closed Denny’s. Across the street construction has started on a new Royal Farms convenience and gas store.
The Royal Farms Convenience Store and Gas Station slated for Blackwood-Clementon Road in Gloucester Township is finally showing signs of construction… literally, a “Royal Farms Coming Soon” sign to coincide with the ongoing lot preparation.
In a recent tenant’s meeting, Gloucester Premium Outlets management told tenants that Dave and Buster’s has signed a lease to develop a new location in the land surrounding the Outlets, with a targeted opening of late 2019. It’s incredibly early in the process and things can change, but exciting news regardless.
