A 4,600 sq ft Car Wash is planned for the empty property which sits across from the Tilted Kilt and Friendly’s on Berlin-Cross Keys Rd, according to information submitted to the Winslow Zoning Board. The zoning variance request was to take place on April 20, 2020 but the meeting was cancelled (seemingly due to the current global crisis).

Burgerzoid is a new fresh burger focused restaurant which opened recently in the Shoppes at Cross Key’s shopping center in Sicklerville. Burgerzoid offers delicious fresh burgers, shakes, and even several chicken offerings! They are located in the strip of stores directly across from Hobby Lobby. Burgerzoid’s temporary hours for pick-up or delivery are every day but Sunday! Check their website or Facebook for full hours.
A Sherwin Williams paint store is coming to Cross Keys Road, close to the Black Horse Pike and in the same small center as Pho City. Close by are Sam’s Club and iHop. This exact store location was previously a Mattress Factory.
Dollar Tree has been quietly putting together another Turnersville Dollar Tree store, this one located in the Cross Keys Commons shopping center, across the parking lot from Walmart. We drove by on Sunday and a sign on the wall said “Opening in 4 days”… which if accurate means they will be opening this Thursday (April 16th).
The remodeling project has been taking place for months at the former Friendship Community Church on Cross Keys Road, to turn it into a Renal Dialysis Clinic. The former church property is located right in the heart of the Gloucester Township Cross Keys commercial area, located between Bertucci’s (Shoppes at Cross Keys) and a TD Bank.
Dollar General continues to march their troops through South Jersey with the development of a new Pine Hill store on Berlin Cross Keys Road near the Turnersville Road. If you are unfamiliar with the area, it is close to Overbrook High School (down Turnersville Road), and is the start of the area known as Albion. Readers have reported that clearing work has already started on the lot.
