A three story storage facility is proposed for Monroe Township (Gloucester County) on Glassboro Cross Keys Road, directly adjacent to the existing CVS pharmacy.
The project is scheduled for review by the Monroe Township Zoning Board on Thursday December 7th at 7:00 PM. The meeting will take place in the courtroom located on the ground floor of the town hall, 125 Virginia Ave. Williamstown NJ
Also, on December 14th an unrelated residential project is scheduled for Planning Board review. That project is on the same Glassboro Cross Keys Rd… but one mile to the West (across from the Fazzio facility)

The proposed storage facility is to be developed directly next the CVS Pharmacy on Glassboro Cross Keys Road.
The all new construction has a footprint of 40,000 square feet, and is being developed as a three story building. It will total 120,000 square feet.
The storage facility property will have a main entrance off of Glassboro Cross Keys Road. The site plan shows a second entrance angled behind CVS but for now at least it appears to just end. Likely in preparation of some other future development (directly behind the pharmacy and connecting to Fries Mill Road)
The waivers listed in the public notice include a front setback five feet further then required, and also they are requesting waivers for submission of an environmental report and traffic analysis.

It appears that the larger corner of the property immediately behind CVS has been designated as commercial development, which would include this new storage facility… and then the behind that is The Greens housing development.
