Rally House Sports Apparel Coming to Court at Deptford. New Five Below to Open This Fall

The Court at Deptford on Almonesson Road has signed on Rally House sports merchandise store which features authentic sports team themed merchandise including hats, jerseys and other wearables, as well as sports gifts.

They’re moving into the location which was previously occupied by Marburn Curtains, situated directly to the right of Hobby Lobby.

And that’s not all for the Court at Deptford shopping center!

Five Below and Rally House are coming to the Court of Deptford, likely with a Fall 2023 opening. KPOT is also in the works but timeline unknown.

Previously we reported on a new Five Below location opening in the same shopping center, and that is under construction right now with a banner displaying “Opening this Fall”!

A third new tenant for the shopping center is in the works… we recently reported that KPOT Korean BBQ and Asian Hot Pot is planning on joining the popular shopping center also.

Rally House – Deptford NJ

Rally House is a family owned sports merchandise store offering sports team jerseys, hats and other gifts… targeting the teams in each of the store’s local area, but also adding in some other popular teams.

In South Jersey they currently have a location in the Cherry Hill Mall, as well as the Eastgate Shopping Center in the Moorestown/Mount Laurel.

Today Rally House is in 13 different States and trace their roots back to 1989 in Kansas, when they were called the Kansas Sampler store.

After the 2008 economic slump, the family behind the stores decided to grow the business even further changing the name to Rally House.

While we do not have an opening date at this time for the upcoming Deptford location, I can see they already have job listings for the store staff including Store Manager, Team Lead and Sales Associate. Add in that we’re entering the holiday season and the start of the fall (NFL) season, I imagine we’re going to see them opening this fall also,

Five Below – Deptford (Number 2?)

A new Five Below store is also under development at the Court of Deptford, to be located between Shoe Carnival and Ross.

Five Below is a popular kids and family oriented store where inexpensive merchandise is offered for sale in a fun and attractive store décor.

For the new Almonesson Rd location, in my most recent visit the front blue frame for the front signage is in place, and a banner is hung saying “Coming Soon Fall 2023”

An interesting twist to this store is that there is already a Five Below store open in Deptford, located on in the Deptford Landing Shopping Center where Sam’s Club and Walmart are located. Only the Deptford Mall separates them.

Two stores? Well I haven’t been able to follow up to see if this will be two stores in Deptford or more of a relocation.

But I’ve been told unofficially by folks working for local stores that both Deptford Five Below stores will remain open.

KPOT Korean BBQ and Asian Hot Pot

42Freeway very recently reported on plans for KPOT Korean BBQ and Asian Hot Pot to open in this exact same shopping center! They are targeting the end unit where Pier Une used to be located.

This deal is very early in the process so there’s no real indication as to when they are opening
