The Pine Hill Tavern was approved last night for their expansion which will add a large indoor/outdoor patio and additional parking.

The Pine Hill Tavern has completed an impressive interior remodel that not only looks great, they managed to get more space and features into the same footprint! More upgrades to come!

Famous for their Chicken Wings, cold beer and local bands, the Pine Hill Tavern is starting the process to upgrade the building and property which has been mostly untouched for decades! They recently cleared the adjacent lot to expand and shift the parking lot over, to make room for projects closer to the tavern… including future plans for an outdoor tiki bar!

Last month Dollar General won approval for their second Pine Hill store, this one located more in the core of town on Erial Road in what was previously Perk’s Market.   The building will remain… this will be a conversion to Dollar General!  And to make this all happen, the beloved Jimmies Scoops & More will move across the street to the corner of Erial and 8th, taking over the closed property that was previously TJ’s Corner!

Dollar General continues to march their troops through South Jersey with the development of a new Pine Hill store on Berlin Cross Keys Road near the Turnersville Road. If you are unfamiliar with the area, it is close to Overbrook High School (down Turnersville Road), and is the start of the area known as Albion. Readers have reported that clearing work has already started on the lot.
