Royal Farms
In June the Berlin NJ Planning Board approved a Royal Farms Convenience and Gas Store to be located at the intersection of Cross Keys Road and White Horse Pike. The location is currently an empty lot at the busy intersection, which shares the intersection with CVS and King of Pizza.
In the fall of 2016, Royal Farms convenience and gas stations approached Washington Township officials regarding approvals for a new store to be located near the intersection of Hurfville-Cross Keys and Fries Mill Roads. Some hurdles have appeared for this location, mainly concern for nearby township ground water wells.
Recently Winslow Township gave full approval for a new Royal Farms Convenience and Gas store, to be located at the corner of Cross Keys Rd and Johnson Road, which will sit on the corner of what is now a large farm, across from an existing Wawa and somewhat close to the Tilted Kilt and Friendly’s shopping center.
