The LIDL Grocery for Williamstown is back to the Planning Board Tonight (Dec 16, 2021) for another full approval process, after they were already approved in March. A very rare occasion where an approved project was required to come back to Planning, seemingly due to resident concerns with the project.

Williamstown’s Fat Jack’s BBQ will have a new home in a few months.. just 5 miles up the road in Turnersville!  Fat Jack’s announced at their Facebook page that they are taking over the former stand-alone Pizza Hut building which sits between Applebee’s and the Salvation Army Thrift Store!

A LIDL Grocery store is being proposed for Williamstown on the Black Horse Pike at Lake Ave, with the core grocery building to be developed behind the existing First Bank Property.  The existing Lake Ave property entrance will remain, and an additional water retention area will be added along Lake Ave. Meeting details in the article.

The Williamstown Best Western Hotel is starting an expansion project which will bring an additional 39 rooms, a larger lobby with patio areas, and a new taller front facade.  As part of the upgrades, they will be switching over to the Holiday Inn Express brand.
