A Sherwin Williams paint store is coming to Cross Keys Road, close to the Black Horse Pike and in the same small center as Pho City. Close by are Sam’s Club and iHop. This exact store location was previously a Mattress Factory.
Sherwin Williams is a Fortune 500 company known for its line of paint products, expanding their presence in South Jersey. Other area stores are in Washington Township (two!), Pitman, Deptford and more!
On our recent drive by we could see that interior construction had started, but with the health issues taking place currently, there is no timeline for the work to be completed or the store opening date.
Back in January of 2020, Vantage Real Estate Services announced the lease signing, which was for 10 years.
