The tradition continues as the Rita’s Water Ice chain offers free water ice on the First Day of Spring, Wednesday March 20th! But for the Runnemede NJ location… they are not open as they will be moving around the corner to Clements Bridge Road, to a building which they state in a Facebook post will give them more room for parking and better road access for customers. The Clements Bridge Road location is close to the BHP corner… you know that second parking lot that Phily Sports bar owns on Clements Bridge Road? And how there is a building of about 4 stores next to it? The Rita’s will be moving into that building.
The prior location was on the busier Black Horse Pike across from the Phily Sports Bar and Diner… but yeah we have to agree, it was very difficult to park in the small lot and traffic on that road was just too fast and furious to access from the small lot.
The Runnemede Rita’s Facebook page says they hope to be opened by Mid-May
