Axia Women’s Health will be taking the bulk of the space in a new 10,000 sq ft building going up at the Washington Square Town Center project on Hurffville-Cross Keys Rd in Washington Township (next to Rothman).
The Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia in the stadium district of South Philly opened last week for reservation only preview visits, which you can schedule at their site. The full opening is February 11th. This new Casino Hotel is less than 6 miles from the Brooklawn Shopping Center!
BioLife Plasma Services is moving into The Plaza at Deptford, where Edge Fitness and Raymour & Flanigan are located. They are a plasma donation center… yes for people to come and donate plasma, and get paid for it!
The closed Denny’s and Taco Bell buildings on the Black Horse Pike in Washington Township were acquired by the owner of local commercial real estate company Drexel Realty Group as an investment opportunity, and they are actively pursing new tenants/owners. Nothing is immediately planned at this time.
We don’t have much on this one, but Char’d Music & Comedy Buffet appears set to take over the former East Garden Buffet location at the end of the line of stores in the Shoppes at Cross Keys, based on window signage.
The Deptford Skating Center announced via an email letter that on January 23rd they are closing their doors, citing revenue losses from the pandemic. The Monitored Learning program will remain open until January 29th.
