A new Smoothie King location is coming to Cherry Hill in the center of an existing small strip mall on Haddonfield Road, which also offers a rear driveway access to Chapel Ave.
The small strip mall has several popular eatery places in place already including; Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s, Pizza Hut, and King Wong Chinese food. Smoothie King should fit right in with those establishments, and they likely help each other “Hey I am picking up our Chinese food order at King Wong, do you want a Smoothie too?”
If you’re unfamiliar, well as the name states Smoothie King makes… smoothies!
They offer dozens of smoothie varieties, and with a formula which seems to be working very well for them considering the 1,400+ locations… they continue to keep the focus on smoothies!
The menu ranges from recipes that are targeted at rewarding yourself with a delicious treat, to healthier smoothies aimed to help manage weight, get fit, feel energized and more.
Smoothie King also offers 7 smoothie enhancers which can be added to your smoothie such as; Keto Protein, Muscle Builder, Lean1 Protein, Sun Warrior Organic Vegan Protein and more!
While I said the focus on smoothies it ends up being a large menu with 90+ varieties to choose from!
So many options, It’s tough for me to call out highlights but looking at the menu I can see flavors such as Pineapple, Strawberry, Mango, Chocolate, Blueberry, Veggie Superfood, Caribbean Way and MANY more!
I’ve been chatting with the Philadelphia metro-area franchise operator about the Cheryy Hill location which should start seeing activity soon. During my visit last week I could what appeared to be pallets of tile waiting to be installed
The franchise owner currently has 14 Smoothie King locations and is looking to grow even more.
I love telling the story about his Blackwood-Clementon Road location which came about from him reading 42Freeway, and learning about a new building going in (at the time) which had Chipotle and WingStop signed on… and he was able to grab the third unit for a Smoothie King location.
I have stopped in at the Clementon location for a fresh and delicious smoothie several times. Inside the store is bright and modern with an “open” Smoothie King kitchen area.
The staff are well-versed on the menu, and can help guide you through the many choices including all of the add-on options.
Locally there are locations in Cinnaminson, Delran, Marlton, Voorhees and Clementon. Previously there was a location in West Berlin, which effectively is being relocated to the Cherry Hill location.
