LesbiVeggies is a popular plant based, gluten free urban cafe who is coming to Downtown Woodbury in early 2025, a relocation from their Audubon home of almost four years.
Owner Brennah Lambert shared the news on her restaurants Facebook page just a few days ago, offering a big Thank You to Woodbury for welcoming her and her LesbiVeggies restaurant to the beautiful Woodbury community.
The last day open at the Audubon location will be December 21st.
Originally started in 2018 as a mobile meal prepping company which Brennah, operated out of her Grandmother’s kitchen… Two years later she had the vision of opening a brick-and-mortar location to share her delicious recipes and love of plant-based experience food.
In February of 2021, Brennah moved from what was originally more of a “side hustle” and made it her fulltime career, opening the Audubon restaurant as a fill-service plant based, gluten free restaurant and caterer.
Black representation floods the space through art, music, and culture accompanied by Lambert’s curated dishes and drinks. Our mission is simple, good food and vibes that bring you back!

LesbiVeggies Woodbury
For the upcoming Woodbury space she highlights in her Facebook announcement it will offer a larger event space, new furnishings, new rotating menu and more.
The location is at 146 S Broad St is in the Leslie Building located directly across from Pep Boys Service Center, and a short block down from the Nerd Mall (Polsky’s), and the Aldi Grocery.
Also located in the block across the street is “Gather Woodbury” which is an innovative space for outdoor and indoor community events… which should make LesbiVeggies a popular dining destination for those visitors also.
The current Audubon of LesbiVeggies menu features a brunch and dinner offering, which Brennah says will be changed up somewhat when she moves to Woodbury.
Recent Facebook posts highlight delicious Cauliflower Wings… and Romesco Meatballs with Caramelized Shallots and a BlackBerry Reduction. All made with plenty of love!
The photo of her Eggplant Parmesan really captured my attention, featuring crispy eggplant in a house-made marinara, paired with gluten free spaghetti and seasoned with fresh parsley and parmesan. It looks absolutely amazing and at $15 seems like a deliciously good deal!
From her Facebook page it’s clear to see that Arts and Entertainment are a big part of the LesbiVeggies experience, with Brennah featuring live performances and open mics in her Audubon location.
That being said that property is a little tight for what she wants to fully achieve with her restaurant experience… And with Woodbury she’ll be able to put an even larger focus on that aspect.
Well I did see the initial announcement a few days ago I’ve just been a little busy this week and haven’t had a chance to reach out directly to Brennah… so a big shout out to What Now Philly who did catch up with her and captured additional details on the plans.
Brennah tells What Now Philly that she became aware of a grant that what Woodbury was offering to small businesses to move to Main Street… she applied for the grant and got accepted, which led to her plans to relocate.
I’m looking forward to LesbiVeggies reopening in Woodbury, and I absolutely plan on being there to experience her new expanded vision… as well as hopefully some of her eggplant parmesan!
