Johnny Longhots “Philly Steaks and New York Pizza” are looking to open this year on Cross Keys Road in Gloucester Township.
Banners are up in the windows of a unit in the Shoppes at Cross Keys in Gloucester Township, announcing that Johnny Longhots is Coming Soon!
As a point of reference, the Shoppes at Cross Keys is also home to Hobby Lobby, Urban Air, and a variety of restaurants including Plaza Azteca, Buffalo Wild Wings, Texas Roadhouse and Sakura.
The specific location for Johnny Longhots will be next to the T-Mobile store, and the unit was most recently home to Burgerzoid.
I searched online for more details on this planned Johnny Longhots location, but it’s so new there’s nothing really online just yet.
Johnny Longshots has other locations in Deptford, Marlton, Fairless Hills (Pa) and a Steaks/Sandwich location in Hainesport.
There’s some common branding and logo for the eateries but they appear to operate with some differences in each location, offering different menus built around a common theme… delicious hoagies, cheesesteaks, pizza, Italian specialties and more!

So with that being said, for the new Cross Keys location I don’t have a lot of specifics on what they’re offering there but based on the name ” Philly Steaks & NY Pizza” I would expect the larger menu selection to be available in Gloucester Township also.
About 4 1/2 years ago I wrote about a Johnny long hots location coming to Deptford NJ. At that time the Marlton location was already opened.
Just give a sense of what we may expect from the new Johnny Longhots… the Deptford menu provides a wide array of choices including; cold hoagies, homemade burgers, Johnnies hot subs (such as chicken parm, meatball, roast pork) and more!
They also have a nice variety of pasta dishes such as raviolis and chicken marsala.
In the pizza category they offer New York style pizza in traditional varieties, as well as more specialized versions such as Grandma, Margherita, and for their gourmet pizzas… choices such as Buffalo chicken, cheese steak, meat lovers and more.
I’ll add the menu offers salads, calzones and pizza turnovers, specially strombolis, fries and of course a big variety of cheese steaks.
To be clear I am highlighting the Deptford menu as I don’t know exactly what’s in store for the upcoming Cross Keys location… but I would imagine the core theme is the similar.
