State-Of-The-Art Electrolux Washers and Dryers, with the San-O3-Wash sanitizing system

Earlier today was the official Grand Opening and ribbon cutting ceremony which featured local and county elected officials as well as the Chamber of Commerce. When I visited around lunchtime today numerous friends and family of Dan and Al were still onsite celebrating the new business venture for the Washington Township friends.

I spent most of my time chatting with Dan who really is an expert in the laundromat industry… and he gave me a tour around the space and equipment highlighting the importance of each aspect in the eco spin laundromat offering.

Likely the most significant aspect of any laundromat would of course be the washers and dryers… and of course they went top of the line bringing in the Electrolux brand, which for many decades has been known as a leader in cleaning equipment.

Each machine has an integrated payment pad which works off of credit cards and debit cards. If you want to pay with cash there is a separate machine that looks somewhat like an ATM, where you can put bills in and receive back a loyalty card which is similar to a game center card… with your credits to use in the washer and dryers.

On the left side of the bright space you’ll find the washing machines which are grouped in different sizes… from extra-large units near the front for draperies and bigger loads, to medium size machines in the middle and further down more traditional household size washers.

The units are able to weigh each load of clothes and adjust the cycles and amount of water needed so that you’re not wasting time in the laundromat… nor are you wasting water.

Two sizes of dryers… Electrolux brand, one of the best!

For all of the washing machines, Eco Spin has added a sanitizing system which according to Dan is the only system of it’s kind in South Jersey. The San-O3-Wash system is a full sanitizing system… sanitizing the washer during every cycle, providing a better wash that has fabrics experiencing less wear and coming out brighter and cleaner.

With the combination of the state-of-the-art washing machines (high-speed spin) and the San-O3 Wash system… you’ll have your close coming out cleaner and fresher, and less “soaked” with unnecessary water. And you’ll also find yourself using less detergents!

The right side of the space features the dryers, and similar to the washing machines they are broken up into two different sizes for larger loads (bulkier items) as well as a more traditional size.

Dan and Al really put a lot of thought into all aspects of the business, which when they get passed the initial Soft-Opening phase will include pickup, delivery and folding services for those with extra busy lifestyles! They hope to make arrangements with some of the larger local businesses where they could set up regular pickup and delivery routines for the employees.

All machines are paid for digitally.. if you don’t have a credit/debit card you can buy loyalty cards at this machine.
