Dorrego Strong Cafe Looks for Fall Opening in Washington Township Next to Bobby Chez

More exciting news for Washington Township (Sewell), as Dorrego Strong Cafe is coming to the Southeast corner of town and moving in next to Bobby Chez… taking over the empty half of the building which once housed Classic Cakes (and in it’s original usage the building was a classic Wawa store).  This location is on the Washington Twp side of the intersection, and across the street is Williamstown.

What better way to explain the new cafe than to have one of the family members tell the story… we reached out to Floyd Dorrego Jr and this is what he has to say about the exciting new eatery:

Looks like opening is closer to November for now, possibly earlier if everything goes right. Theme of cafe is more of a cozy family feel, with internet work stations.  Hoping to do a living room for relaxation, tables outside with seating (seasonal), coffees… also flavored cappuccinos, espressos, iced teas, smoothies, protein shakes, breakfast (basic) daily specials, lunch (basic) daily specials, fruit cups, wraps, salads, bagels, muffins, donuts and lots of love!!!💪🏼😁

Not only is this another great new business for Washington Twp, it’s the third recent business taking over a previously closed location, AND the Dorrego family are locals!  Looking at Floyd’s Facebook page it appears that his wife Colleen is a local realtor working for Keller Williams’ Washington Township office.  Support your local small businesses!

42Freeway wishes the family a ton of good luck!  This is a great location and really seems the two businesses which share the building compliment each other and can only help each grow even more.  We’ll be following along and will post again as Dorrego Strong Cafe gets closer to opening in the fall.
