Deptford Pizza Hut Closing?

I noticed the Deptford Pizza Hut in the Target Shopping center has a large for-sale sign in front of the property, and a quick Google finds that the property is listed online for sale as a “former Pizza Hut” store. The odd thing is, when I called, the store is definitely opened and the woman answering the phone had no idea if they were closing
