A little more than 18 months ago 42Freeway reported on the opening of the awesome and tasty Dawn to Dusk breakfast cafe at Rowan Boulevard. They were an instant success with area residents and students! My family said the BLT sandwich was they best they’ve ever had… and damn we need to get back their soon!
Well the next 42Freeway trip to Dawn to Dusk will be for dinner!
At their website they have the current Casual Dining Menu… and wow this looks really impressive.

They are putting a lot of love and care into these meals. I mean… house made mozzarella? Hand twisted?
Dawn to Dusk Dinner! It’s their own version of “Triple D”… ha! While Guy Fieri has not stopped in, at Dawn to Dusk it seems they are doing it the “from scratch” way.
Rowan Boulevard
So let’s be honest… an awesome part of running a business on Rowan Boulevard is the built in customer base of students, PLUS the awesome community support.
But with current restrictions in place, I don’t believe there are a lot of Rowan students on campus. Are there any? And that has put a big challenge on all the restaurants and stores that line the amazing Rowan Boulevard.
So please, keep Dawn to Dusk Cafe and the other amazing Rowan Boulevard businesses in mind when you do decide to head out for a meal. Well actually, try to support all your local businesses!
Did I mention that Dawn to Dusk is BYOB? Well they are! And don’t forget that on Rowan Boulevard there are THREE other restaurants with liquor licenses (Chickie & Pete’s, Mexican Mariachi, and LaScala) as well as the Axe and Arrow brewery!
