Croce’s Pasta of Cherry Hill NJ is expanding to a third location, with the latest being Glassboro NJ. Croce’s also has a location in Avalon NJ
For their third location, they will be taking over the former Peter and Sons sandwich shop property on Delsea Drive.
The upcoming Glassboro location is said to be an expanded concept for Croce’s Pasta which is expected to be a new concept of sandwiches, pasta dishes and their famous specialties.
The upcoming Glassboro location is located on Delsea drive close to Rowan University and should find a big following from locals, university students and neighboring communities such as Washington Township.
As mentioned the building was previously home to Peter and son sandwiches which closed abruptly just a few weeks ago. The Glassboro building is a nicely upgraded space with outdoor deck seating and plenty of parking in the rear.
Today a banner went up on the Glassboro building announcing “Coming Soon” which had some folks online thinking that Peter and Sons was reopening!
Further clarification came from the Croce’s Pasta Facebook page where photo shows the family posed on the front steps underneath that same Coming Soon sign, and caption text announcing their new upcoming Glassboro location.

If you’re unfamiliar with Croce’s Pasta, their main location in Cherry Hill is located on Route 70, between the Ellisburg and Racetrack circles/intersections.
Founded in 1990, Croce’s is both a neighborhood market as well as a restaurant. Croce’s says they represent Italian heritage and family, and of course amazing food.
Joe Croce has been making homemade sauces, pasta and more for decades, as well as offering the finest imported cheeses, Italian meats, olive oils and vinegars and of course… his signature homemade Italian pastas.
Their homemade pasta menu features main categories of; fresh pasta, tortellini, stuffed pasta and homemade ravioli.
The ravioli alone has nine different varieties!
Sandwiches feature Italian hoagies, imported Italian tuna, meatball parmigiana, chicken parmigiana, turkey and cheese hoagies and more.
Pizzas are offered in a margherita and tomato pie. A variety of salads and soups round out the menu… and of course you can get deli meats.
That all being said we are not 100% certain of what the full plans are for the new Glassboro location, although I have to believe there will be many similarities to the Cherry Hill location menu… and likely with an expanded sandwich menu.
