Chase Bank is continuing their South Jersey expansion with a proposed new bank branch on Route 45 in Woodbury.
he location is currently an older strip mall of stores which would be demolished for the new construction. This is between the closed Arby’s and the Railroad tracks (McDonald’s is on the other side of the tracks). and across the street from the Barlow Buick GMC.
The Woodbury Planning Board will hear the proposal on Thursday November 19th at 7pm, in the second floor council chambers… but the meeting is available to view and participate in via Zoom. Meeting Link
This location will include a 2,900 sq ft retail bank with drive-thru facilities.
This area is a dense commercial district with Acme very close, a Wells Fargo branch nearby, Wendy’s, Burger King… literally every national chain you would expect! Well, except for that close Arby’s.
Yesterday we posted on another new business planned for Rt 45/Mantua Pike, a Firestone Auto Center is proposed for Mantua near the old K-Mart.
In front of the K-mart an AutoZone is currently being developed, and the large K-mart building itself was approved for indoor storage facility!
Over in Glassboro, Chase Bank is nearing completion of a branch which is part of a more significant shopping center rebuild that will include Lidl Grocery, Big Lots, Ross, and Chipotle.
They also recently opened a branch on Rt 70 in Cherry Hill.
