Noticed the sign this weekend, although I had been told previously it was coming. It will be located in the older shopping center where Sam’s Bar is on the Black Horse Pike, and I can only assume it will be positioned right at the undeveloped corner. This also appears to be the first ancillary development driven by the new Outlet Mall opening this summer.
