The signs popped up in the windows today at the location of the former Pesce restaurant on Egg Harbor Road… Bistro Di Marino is moving in to the still new location, and according to their Facebook post they hope to be open by the end of November!
Bistro di Marino has a location in Collingswood’s popular small town Haddon Ave retail and restaurant district. The BYOB has become very popular and loved, growing to seat over a 100 people. The OpenTable.com site has over 1600 reviews for the Collingswood location and a 4.7 average rating. That is very impressive.
The Chef is James Marino. a Collingswood native who before starting the Bistro was the head chef at Villa Barone. The Collingswood location has their menu online, featuring a delicious array of Italian dishes!
And James hopes to bring that same culinary talent to Washington Township.
And yes if it’s not apparent, the Pesce Restaurant has closed about a month ago, after a 4-5 month run… we knew it but chose not to post about it.
We wish good luck to Bistro Di Marino… and we’ll post again as it gets closer to opening.
