Cloud 10 Car Wash is proposing a second location in Mantua NJ, with this one being developed at the Timberline Plaza on Woodbury-Glassboro Rd. Yes it’s only a mile from their existing Cloud 10 car wash which is on the same road but other side of Route 55.
The second location is planned for the front of the Timberline Shopping Center, which is located directly across from Target. The front of Timberline is home to Wendy’s and Dunkin.
There are additional available spaces at the front of the Timberline Plaza along the roadway. One is located directly at the entrance to the shopping center and the other is to the right of Dunkin/Verizon (Wooded area).
The Cloud 10 car wash is planned for the property to the right of the Dunkin/Verizon pad site building. Currently that lot is undeveloped.
Mantua Township is very good about posting application documents on their website. This notice is so new they haven’t had a chance to upload online yet (they may not have from the developer at this time).
There are several requested variances such as signage, buffers and fencing. Really, it seems to be the usual set of items I see in variance requests.
While the new Mantua location for Cloud 10 is very close to the existing car wash, the Timberline spot is located directly across from Lowe’s and Target stores. I imagine Cloud 10 expects to capture those customers who wouldn’t be driving further up the road to the other car wash location.
Additionally the Edelman Fossil Park is under development behind Lowe’s and Target. Hmmm I am overdue for a drone image update! If it ever stops raining!
Cloud 10 Car Wash
As mentioned Cloud 10 has an existing location in Mantua on Woodbury-Glassboro Road and Lambs/Tylers Mill Rd. They are next to the Rite-Aid building and the new Wawa is caddy-corner.
Additionally their website states locations are planned for Deptford, Mullica Hill… and a third in Sewell! I am working on getting information for these sites.
