A Chipotle boom is taking place in the 42Freeway area, with another one proposed for Blackwood-Clementon Road, at the site of the former Denny's Restaurant. The Denny's building would be demolished to make way for a new building, which will have space for a future second retail client.
A new Dunkin (Donuts) location opened earlier this month in Mullica Hill, in a brand new small shopping center at the corner of Rt 45 and Cedar Road. This is basically next to Clearview Regional High School.
The store is part of a small center of stores and already the opposite end there is signage up for X.O Nails and Spa. There is space avail in the middle of the strip of stores for new tenants, and a real estate sign out front lists the space as available. We could not find additional information on X.O Nails and Spa at this time.
This new Dunkin location features the newer “Dunkin” name (they dropped the Donuts portion), the newer modern store design, and the Premium Pours tap system.
The location sits in a rural part of Rt 45, and a look at Google satellite maps shows a lot of farms surrounding it. But… development continues to move into the premier town of Mullica Hill. As mentioned, Clearview High School is just down Cedar Rd a bit, there is a small Park & Ride lot at the same intersection, and homes in the area.
Also close by is a CVS Pharmacy, Heritage’s Dairy Store and the busy Rt 322 is just a mile away. Rt 45 intersects Rt 322 right where Harrison House Diner, Pat’s Pizza and the Mullica Hill Farmers Market are located.
