Last month Robert’s Bar and Grill opened on Cross Keys Road in Berlin, at the Paris Caterers location! An awesome wedding reception and event facility… and their full liquor license allows them to open up a PUBLIC bar and restaurant to enjoy beyond the wedding events!

Mark from 42Freeway stopped in at Robert’s bar about 2 weeks ago and caught up with owners Keith and Robert, who are brothers! Keith was working the front of the house, so I chatted with him the most. Keith is a Washington Township resident, and both he and his wife are big 42Freeway fans!
Robert’s Bar and Grill is on the left side of the Paris Caterers building, with its own entry door. Like the rest of the building, the room was remodeled not too long ago. They have a bar near the entrance seating about a dozen, and maybe a dozen tables.
Robert’s is going for a cozy comfortable room with a warm fireplace, so you won’t feel overwhelmed as can be case in larger places.
The building’s location on Cross Keys Rd is about a mile and a quarter from the Berlin Mart, a fast ride from Gloucester Township, and even Washington Township.
The brothers have been at the location about 6 years, and previously the Catering/Reception business was located in the Blackwood section of Gloucester Township.
With the purchase of Berlin property, they invested in extensive renovations to the building… inside and out! It really is beautiful both in the main halls and bar area.
The public bar (Robert’s) had been used for smaller events or even as an add-on room to larger weddings, but with it’s direct entrance… it makes for a perfect place to visit on its own! Dining, drinks and good times of the Paris Caterer brand, in a smaller venue.

So to run a successful Wedding reception business.. you have to know your way around the kitchen… and that same expertise carries over to Robert’s Bar!
Sure they’ve adjusted the menu to better suit the bar atmosphere… but you can be confident that you are getting the best ingredients, put together in house with their own special recipes!
Yes the Robert’s Grill menu features nachos, wings, cheesesteaks and amazing burgers… but the brothers are also adding in a big splash of the delicious recipes they’ve crafted from years in the catering business. Mussels Diablo, Crispy Calamari, Eggplant Tower, Crab Cakes, and more are on their menu!
They have plans to add even more, as word grows about the restaurant and bar.
Special Events!
In fact, they are already changing things up as we see that they are offering a Valentine’s Weekend special dinner, which offers choices of Filet Mignon, Chicken Parmesan, Shrimp Cocktail and more! Reservations are required for the special menu dinner! The menu for this event is setup similar to the “Dining weeks” many are familiar with, where you pick an appetizer, entrée and dessert. This upcoming Saturday (Jan 30th) they are even offering entertainment from 7-10pm, with local singers Zach Taglioli & Grace Haley… as well as DJ JJ Golick! Facebook Event
