KFC Restaurant Proposed For Berlin-Cross Keys Road in Front of Acme

KFC Restaurant Proposed For Berlin-Cross Keys Road in Front of Acme

On September 22nd the Gloucester Township Planning Board will hear a proposal for a new KFC Chicken Restaurant to be developed on Berlin-Cross Keys Road, in front of the Acme Supermarket.  It appears access to the restaurant will be from inside the existing shopping center’s parking lot and access roads.

The property was previously used for a Checkers drive-thru restaurant.  That building was previously removed.

The new KFC will be a full 2,600 sq ft restaurant and feature a drive-thru window.

A few years ago this shopping center added a new Taco Bell restaurant.  Both of the global chains are owned by Yum Brands (who also owns Pizza Hut), so they must be seeing some good success with Taco Bell and decided to bring KFC along also!
